The Merriwa Festival of the Fleece has been a major Upper Hunter event since its creation in 1990.
The Merriwa Festival of the Fleece has been a major Upper Hunter event since it’s creation in 1990. Visitors come to Merriwa to experience the country hospitality and to see the running of the red socked sheep along the main street.
